Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary

Location: Downtown Providence, RI /Full time

The law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary to support a partner in a litigation and land use practice.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of legal experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Experience with scheduling, time entry, e-filing, and meeting coordination
  • Ability to manage and follow up on high-volume emails
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
  • Team player with the ability to work overtime when needed

Salary : $60,000 - $750,000
