We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer with 3–5 years of residential landscape design/build experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential landscape, hardscape, and outdoor living projects
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision
• Coordinate projects from design through installation
• Apply strong knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and design principles
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and client expectations
• Collaborate with field teams and provide guidance throughout projects
• Prepare and present landscape designs to clients
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential landscape design/build experience
• Strong background in Landscape Design
• Knowledge of plants, hardscaping, and outdoor living
• Experience with DynaScapes or similar CAD software
• Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent residential landscape design/build experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must live in/near Louisville, KY, or be willing to relocate
