We are seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience in corporate law and commercial real estate transactions to join our growing boutique law firm.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and business matters.
- Conduct due diligence for transactions.
- Prepare and review operating agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription agreements, contribution agreements, and financing documents.
- Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 3–6 years of corporate law and/or commercial real estate experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
