Job Title: District Manager
Location: Brighton, CO (Onsite)
Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on District Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and manage team performance in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role owns full district performance, including operations, financials, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control (P&L ownership)
- Oversee daily field and shop operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Lead, coach, and develop teams (supervisors, technicians, admin)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues
- Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Identify and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in operations or district management in:
- Oil & Gas / Industrial / Manufacturing / Field Services / NDT
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with operations, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Solid understanding of financial performance (P&L)
- Familiarity with ERP/operations systems
- Willingness to travel as needed
