Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 Annually
We are seeking an experienced Compounding Pharmacist to join a growing pharmacy organization focused on delivering customized medication solutions and exceptional patient care.
This position is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong background in non-sterile compounding, pharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance who is committed to providing high-quality service and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify non-sterile compounded medications according to prescriptions and established procedures
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and HIPAA requirements
• Provide medication counseling and support positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to maintain efficient operations
• Manage inventory, documentation, and workflow processes
Required Qualifications
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• Active California Pharmacist License
• Experience with non-sterile compounding
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
• Specialty pharmacy or prescription fulfillment experience
• Experience supervising or mentoring pharmacy technicians
