Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax and accounting assignments with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Review and file Individual and Business Tax Returns.
- Deliver high-quality client service that exceeds expectations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent engagements and maintain strong organizational oversight.
- Conduct tax research and provide practical, effective solutions for clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring, training, and supporting team members’ professional development.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Build and leverage external relationships with Centers of Influence to support business growth initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and tax legislation; share relevant insights with clients and the team.
- Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional tax experience.
- Active CPA license required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax legislation.
