Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX(On site)
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex public-sector and developer-led capital projects from planning through construction and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex A/E/C and major capital projects from planning through completion.
- Review designs, estimates, schedules, phasing plans, and technical submissions.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, procurement, permitting, and construction progress.
- Evaluate constructability, value engineering, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support development, design, construction, consultant, and P3 agreements.
- Coordinate with public agencies, developers, consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders.
- Represent municipal interests during design reviews, construction meetings, inspections, commissioning, and closeout.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, recommendations, and project briefings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10 years managing complex A/E/C or capital projects
- Owner’s Representative, Program Manager, or Project Executive experience
- Experience with public venues, mixed-use developments, urban redevelopment, or P3 projects
- Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMaR, Progressive Design-Build, and P3
- Strong experience with budgets, schedules, procurement, permitting, risk, and project controls
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- PMP, PE, RA, or CCM preferred
- Experience managing $100M projects preferred
