Key Responsibilities:
Lead Complex Litigation: Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial and real estate litigation matters in Colorado state courts.
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial and real estate litigation.
- Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary Range - $180,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
