Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff while promoting professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing trusted advisory and consultative services.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of public accounting experience or progressive audit leadership experience.

- Proven experience preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
