Summary:
Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of experience handling all aspects of general commercial litigation, with a strong background in business dispute resolution and torts work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage cases from inception through trial.
- Handle all phases of discovery, including electronic discovery.
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.
- Present evidence and legal arguments in courtroom settings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Active license to practice law in Nevada.
- Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
- Prior clerkship experience is a plus.
- Proven trial experience is required.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
