💰 Base Salary: $145,000–$170,000 Up to 15% Performance Bonus
We're looking for an experienced Director of Preconstruction & Business Development to lead estimating, drive strategic growth, and oversee preconstruction operations for a growing construction organization.
What You'll Do:
✔ Lead estimating and preconstruction teams
✔ Drive business development and market expansion initiatives
✔ Oversee bid strategy, risk management, and project pursuits
✔ Ensure seamless project handoffs from preconstruction to operations
✔ Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, procurement, and operational planning
What We're Looking For:
✅ 8 years of construction industry experience
✅ 4 years in a leadership or management role
✅ Strong expertise in estimating, preconstruction, procurement, and project execution
✅ Experience with OST (On-Screen Takeoff), Procore, and Microsoft Office
✅ Proven leadership, business development, and team management skills
