Job Title: CNC Machinist/Programmer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam or Surf Cam for one-off and small-to-medium production runs.
- Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills, lathes, and 4th-axis machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Create machine setups and fixtures to meet dimensional requirements.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs, and replace worn cutting tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Ensure product quality and coordinate with management and quality control teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
- CNC machining, programming, setup, and operation experience.
- Proficiency in Mastercam or Surf Cam.
- Experience with HAAS CNC mills, conventional/CNC lathes, and 4th-axis machines.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, safety, and reliability.
- Job shop machining experience preferred.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Night Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
