What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Teksky LLC?
This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in immigration litigation and substantial experience appearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Immigration Court.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings, both in person and via WebEx
• Prepare, review, and file applications with Immigration Court and USCIS
• Conduct legal research and interpret immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates
• Advise clients on immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR, including case strategy and next steps
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented legal environment
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
• Minimum of 4 years of immigration or litigation experience
• Strong experience appearing before Immigration Court and EOIR
• Excellent legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Strong academic credentials preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
