Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in Cleveland, OH, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Associate Attorney will oversee legal representation in debt collection and asset recovery cases, provide legal advice to clients, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and engage in negotiations. This role involves collaborating with clients, preparing case strategies, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. We are looking for someone to join our lean team who wants to grow with the firm, is willing to wear many hats, and is excited to take initiative. A lover of tech and a problem solver, as well as, someone who has the sense that they want to help contribute.
