Associate Attorney – Riverside, CA

Seeking an Associate Attorney for a full-time in-person, remote, or hybrid role based in Riverside. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, litigation support, client representation, and handling transactional matters across business litigation, construction litigation, real estate law, and trust & estates matters.


Qualifications

Strong litigation, legal research, and legal writing experience

Knowledge of business, real estate, and construction law

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills

JD degree and active California Bar license required
