We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of construction project execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project success through effective scheduling, site management, safety enforcement, and quality control
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and accountability
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and building codes
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all phases of construction
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in construction supervision and project management, with a focus on industrial projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules
