TekPro Engineering is partnered with a well-established logistics organization and is looking to hire a Corporate Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing initiatives across a national 3PL network.
This role is ideal for a data-driven finance professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing business decisions through analytical insight. Reporting to a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst, the Corporate Pricing Analyst will analyze cost structures, market trends, and customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies and ensure contract performance across multiple operating sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Pricing Models
- Analyze historical and operational data to develop and maintain pricing models and rate structures
- Perform profitability analysis for existing customers and new business opportunities
- Manage CRM data (Nutshell) and connect customer-level insights to financial performance
- Identify customer-level cost drivers using reporting systems and analytics tools
RFP Strategy & Pricing Execution
- Lead pricing efforts for new and existing customer RFPs
- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to build pricing strategies aligned with gross margin and EBITDA targets
- Monitor customer compliance and contract performance versus RFP assumptions and pricing models
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare and present reports on pricing metrics, profitability, and sales performance
- Develop pricing forecasts and financial projections to support strategic planning
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and pricing discipline
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Operations to gather accurate cost inputs and service-level data
- Clearly communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights to support portfolio optimization and market expansion initiatives
Qualifications:

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Corporate Financial Analyst, or in Assurance (Big 4 experience preferred)
- Strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis, and pricing strategy
- Hands-on experience with Excel and data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in a logistics or corporate environment is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- MBA, Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA preferred
