What you’ll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain an aerospace‑grade Quality Management System aligned to AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Run internal audits and inspections across CNC machining operations to validate compliance with regulations and in‑house procedures.
- Lead corrective and preventive action activities using structured root cause methods.
- Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineering and production to improve process capability and product conformity.
- Deliver training and mentorship on quality procedures and best practices to elevate team capability.
- Compile and present management reports with key performance indicators and prioritized improvement opportunities.
- Track industry trends and regulatory changes to keep our practices current and compliant.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 5 years of quality leadership in aerospace machining.
- Proven command of AS9100 and ISO 9001 frameworks.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead teams and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
