Job Description
- Lead and manage the firm’s QA/QC processes.
- Review projects, drawings, and documentation for quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Train and mentor architects, engineers, and project staff.
- Identify process improvements and resolve quality issues.
- Work closely with Principals, PMs, Architects, and Engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10 years AEC experience.
- 5 years QA/QC experience in Architecture or AEC.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, documentation, building codes, and standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
