Company Description
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering, FAI/PPAP, corrective actions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AS9102 FAI and PPAP submissions.
- Drive 8D, 5-Why, and root cause/corrective actions.
- Support AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC compliance and audits.
- Manage supplier quality and corrective actions.
- Oversee CMM, GD&T, inspection, and gauge R&R activities.
- Lead improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.
- Work directly with customers, suppliers, and plant teams on quality matters.
Ideal Candidate:
5 years of Quality Engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/precision manufacturing, with strong AS9100/AS9102, PPAP, GD&T, CMM, and root cause analysis experience.
