We are looking for a hands-on Validation Engineer to support engineering development and testing of electrified systems. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about power electronics, lab testing, and system-level validation.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Support development & testing of motors, inverters, converters, and battery systems
• Execute and document PV&V and development test activities
• Perform hands-on testing in high-voltage lab environments (50–1000V)
• Work with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and DAQ systems
• Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams for test execution
• Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings
• Ensure safety compliance and contribute to process improvements
✅ Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Experience in PV&V or engineering validation testing
• Hands-on lab testing experience with electrical systems
• Knowledge of motor control and system-level testing
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience with electrification systems (motors, inverters, batteries)
• Exposure to power electronics design
• Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, or serial protocols
• Experience with test automation or data analysis tools
