We are looking for validation engineers and scientists to join our team immediately. We are very eager to hire right away. This role will require working in Fargo, North Dakota.
Description
Handling validation programs for drug products, drug substances, and starting materials
Support validation documents to help process characterization across drug substance and drug product
Help process validation and implement validation policies
Resolve quality and CAPA to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Support and mentor junior individuals on the team
BS with 5 years of experience in industry, MS with 3 years, or PHD with 2 years experience
Experience working in CDMO
Experience in process development and process validation
Experience working in biologics, drug product, and drug substance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
They have health, dental, vision, and 401k. They also will get permissive time off, so there is no specific accrual process in 2026.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Fargo,ND.
