Note: Candidate must have working experience with ISC (Identity Security Cloud)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)/IdentityNow (IDN).
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, lifecycle events, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities, including identity lifecycle management and access governance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and HR systems.
- Perform application onboarding and integration within SailPoint ISC using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Design and implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
- Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access requests, approvals, policy enforcement, and role management.
- Implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes across enterprise applications.
- Configure and execute Access Certifications, compliance campaigns, and periodic access reviews.
- Develop custom SailPoint rules, Java code, BeanShell scripts, and workflow customizations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Support SailPoint platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with security teams, application owners, infrastructure teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions.
- Participate in audit activities and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release planning.
