Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain application integrations using:
- SailPoint Connectors
- REST APIs
- Web Services
- JDBC
- LDAP
- Active Directory
- HR Systems
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Configure and manage:
- Access Request Workflows
- Access Certifications
- Role Management
- Policy Enforcement
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews.
- Develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
