Required Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE), Quality Assurance (QA), or Test Engineering.
- Strong experience leading Quality Engineering teams and driving enterprise QA strategy.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Test Automation Frameworks.
- Experience with TestComplete for automated testing.
- Strong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, System, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure application environments.
- Experience working with MySQL databases.
- Experience supporting ASP.NET 4.5 applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Shift-Left testing practices.
- Experience in defect management, root cause analysis (RCA), and release quality sign-off.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with Product Owners, Development, Business, and Release teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
