The MSP Engagement Manager will be aligned to a high priority, strategically prioritized territory within the MSP by taking a holistic, client specific approach to recruiting and MSP relationship management. This role is about net new starts and growing spread within their assigned territory at UA at a higher % than the company has historically grown by partnering with the client MSP and leveraging all of our recruiting levers available nationally and driving individual productivity. The MSP Engagement Manager will work closely internally with the DNA, Local Offices and Talent Delivery.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of territory/skillset from a recruiting perspective.
- Partners with client specific recruiting team to include:
- Customer aligned MSP/VMS Recruiter
- Local recruiters
- Virtual Recruiting teams (from multiple markets and/or Delivery Centers)
- GTAC
- Responsible for requirement allocation and fulfillment through:
- Qualify requirements to understand ideal technical and cultural fit via vendor calls and identifying IA’s
- Individually identifying and recruiting IT talent by understanding the profiles of candidates that are specifically targeted by the client.
- Analyzing client hiring patterns to understand candidate differentiators to drive candidate submittals and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize all delivery avenues available to respond to requirements including:
- Local Office
- NRC
- Delivery Centers
- Sub vendors (where applicable)
- Drive higher response rates and time to submit standards to meet client SLAs.
- Partners with client specific recruiting team to include:
- Works closely with the Account Management team to:
- Understand client’s quality process and how to differentiate candidates
- Collaborate on cross submittals with AM team
- Understand MSP best practices including submittal and interview processes
- Drive business development activities through MSP success
- Drive fill rate in territory and overall account spread growth through:
- Partnering with MSP coordinators to sell candidates, push interview process, and prioritize requirements.
- Ensuring high standards of quality candidates are met and showcased through VMS and email communications with MSP
- Partner with Account sales leadership to overcome obstacles and prioritize requirements
- Relationship management of current consultants to ensure retention and further understand client technical and cultural fit requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
The MSP Engagement Manager will be a goal-oriented individual who can demonstrate proven results in the IT recruiting industry. They will have proven experience recruiting high level technical professionals, managing and developing customer relationships, collaborating internally to drive positive business outcomes, expert knowledge of candidate inventory management tools and the overall “art” of recruiting.
- At least 1 Recruiter or Sales contest win or applicable experience equivalent
- Proven experience filling core apps reqs and or higher level Infrastructure as well as functional roles
- Experience driving a high sense of urgency to ensure client success through producing company and individual spread growth.
- Experience driving strong collaboration and partnerships internally and externally to include the MSP as the client, local office, other key offices, strategic delivery and anyone else who can drive growth through delivery (whatever needed to fill more reqs).
- Self-driven with the ability to successfully work autonomously to achieve goals
