Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic Engagement Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel engagement strategy with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing through Braze. You will own the end-to-end communication journey while supporting B2B customer success communication. You’ll leverage Braze and other platforms to build connections and drive adoption.
This role involves 40%-member engagement, 30% customer success enablement, 20% content creation, and 10% reporting
This is a REMOTE position.
Duties:
Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns across member lifecycle stages
- Lead the strategic transition from SendGrid to Braze
- Develop segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, relevant communications
- A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance
Mobile Engagement
- Develop, manage and refine SMS marketing campaigns
- Work with technical teams to implement Braze for improved mobile engagement
- Create personalized mobile messaging strategies based on user behavior and preferences
Customer Success Enablement
- Contribute to customer-facing materials, best practice documents, and implementation playbooks
- Build scalable templates and campaign frameworks for Customer Success teams to utilize
- Ensure all enablement materials align with brand guidelines and messaging

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or engagement marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze required)
- Strong understanding of mobile engagement strategies and SMS marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, accessibility standards and healthcare marketing regulations
- Braze Certified Marketer and/or Braze Certified Digital Strategist
