Telehandler Operator – Data Center Construction
Location: Red Oak, TX (DFW Area – Data Center Project, Undisclosed)
Schedule: 24/7 Operation
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Must be willing to work 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp-to-Perm (1040 hours)
Pay: $20–$5/hour (based on experience)
Overview
We are seeking certified Telehandler Operators to support a large-scale data center construction project in the DFW area. This is a high-demand, fast-paced environment with consistent hours, long-term opportunity, and career growth potential.
Scope of Work
- Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently on-site
- Support material handling and movement across active construction areas
- Work alongside multiple trades in a live data center build environment
- Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
- Assist with general site logistics as needed
Requirements
- Valid Telehandler Operator Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience operating telehandlers in commercial or data center environments preferred
- Ability to work 6x12-hour shifts consistently
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness
Tools & PPE Requirements
Most PPE will be provided. Technicians must have:
- Class C Type 2 hard hat (visor chin strap)
- Steel or composite toe boots
- Safety gloves
- Safety glasses
Screening & Onboarding
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Drug screen must be scheduled and completed within required timeframe (failure to complete may result in offer rescinded)
