Must have 8 Years of Digital transformation project experience; projects involving software applications, including ERP apps, moving to the Cloud (AWS/Azure) from on-prem.
We have been told by the client that other Must Haves include: SQL or PL/SQL, Excel, and BI tools).

We are seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst to support our client s digital transformation project onsite in downtown Houston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business Analysis: Identify business needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business problems.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
- Translate Business Needs: Convert business needs into functional requirements and guide the design of technology solutions.
- Project Collaboration: Work with managers and other staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Present Findings: Present and explain findings to leadership.
- Documentation: Track and document changes to functional and business specifications.
- Testing and Roll-Out: Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years (minimum) experience as a Business Analyst or similar project role
- Prior Digital transformation project experience; projects involving software applications, including ERP apps, moving to the Cloud (AWS/Azure) from on-prem
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology solutions (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Understanding of system architecture and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $50 - $70
