Position Title: Recruiter

Position Location: 5 days on-site/on-site interview

• Jacksonville FL

We’re hiring a Recruiter to support high-volume, early career and entry-level hiring initiatives. Primary focus on IT/technology recruiting with some non- IT. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruiting career while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the full recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

• Support high-volume recruiting efforts across entry-level and early career positions

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business goals

• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders with strong attention to detail and professionalism

• Utilize recruiting tools including ATS and CRM platforms to track and manage candidate activity

• Provide guidance to candidates and business partners throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

•2 years of recruiting experience required
