Pega Developer Lead - Onsite in Pittsburgh or Cleveland

Position Title: Pega Developer Lead

Position Location: onsite 5 days/week – onsite interview

• Pittsburgh, PA
• Strongsville, OH

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Pega Developer
• Collaborate as part of a full-stack Agile team alongside Java, ETL, and Mainframe developers
• Participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
• Support both new development initiatives and production issues as needed

Required Technical Skills (7–10 years of experience):

• Experience with Pega Cloud Customer Decision Hub (Infinity 24 ) preferred
• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and maintain Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments, and offers/actions
• Hands-on experience with CDH data integration using Connect-REST, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data Flows
• Strong troubleshooting skills using Clipboard, Tracer, Pega logs, Performance Analyzer, and Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC)
• Experience with Pega Agents, Activities, and Job Schedulers
• Experience with Pega installations, migrations, upgrades, and patching
• Leading System Architect (LSA) certification is a plus
• Bachelors required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with CDH tools such as Adaptive Decision Manager, Next-Best-Action Advisor, Ops Manager, Simulation, or Event Strategy Manager
