You will be tasked with being the "face" of a project, which includes responsibilities like client and senior leadership liaison, schedule creation/management, field operations supervision and overall project stewardship.
Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience
- Must have experience in running Commercial Interiors/TI projects
- Must be able to build from scratch a CPM schedule
- Must be able to manage projects and lead a team of employees and subcontractors/vendors on site
- Must be comfortable operating in client-facing environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Experience within the Denver construction market desirable but not essential
