What You’ll Do- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of future talent.
- Deeply understand each unique role within the various departments
- Advise managers on recruiting best practices.
- Coach interviewers on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Ensure hiring decisions align with company culture and competency requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and market conditions.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Partner with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience on new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); and two to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
