Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support a large multifamily and mixed-use property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow within the real estate industry while working closely with operations, asset management, and finance leadership teams.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• Financial reporting for assigned properties/assets
• Accounts payable oversight and cash management
• Lease maintenance and CAM reconciliations
• Loan covenant compliance and real estate tax payments
• Partnering with property managers, operations teams, and asset managers
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
✔ 2–5 years of accounting experience
✔ Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✨ Preferred:
• Yardi experience
• Real estate, multifamily, or construction accounting experience
• CPA or CPA-track candidates
The organization is open to training strong accounting professionals on industry-specific real estate processes for the right candidate.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
