Remote, Miami / Fort Lauderdale Preferred

We are actively growing in Florida and are seeking experienced Client Managers who thrive on building relationships, driving business development, and creating long-term success across multiple staffing verticals.

This is not your typical staffing role. This is an opportunity to operate like a business owner, grow and manage your own book of business, and create real financial independence while having the support, infrastructure, and tools already in place to help you scale.

This is a 100 percent commission-based opportunity with industry-high commission splits and uncapped earning potential. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the hunt, loves building relationships, and wants more ownership, flexibility, and upside than a traditional staffing environment can offer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving business development and building new client relationships throughout the Florida market

• Growing and managing your own book of business

• Expanding existing accounts and developing long-term partnerships

• Partnering closely with recruiters to deliver top talent across multiple industries and verticals

• Leading the full client lifecycle from prospecting and client acquisition through placement and account growth

• Staying informed on market trends and positioning TEEMA’s services effectively within the industry

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 plus years of staffing agency experience

• Strong business development background within staffing

• Experience building and managing client relationships and accounts

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven, motivated approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a 100 percent commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential
