We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth across a defined territory in Columbus or Cincinnati, Ohio, joining a high-performing team in the packaging space.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory through strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers (50% travel)
- Evaluate customer packaging needs and recommend effective solutions
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive profitable growth
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in corrugated packaging required
- Retail packaging experience strongly preferred
- Background in manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $130,000
