Role Overview
Support key healthcare stakeholders by evaluating clinical requirements, facilitating professional development programs, and streamlining surgical data systems. Act as a strategic liaison between frontline clinical practice, data analytics, and administrative leadership to drive operational excellence and evidence-based standardization across the surgical suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide subject matter expertise to influence the design and implementation of clinical workflow solutions.
- Education & Training: Execute comprehensive needs assessments and deliver technical training to multidisciplinary surgical teams.
- Process Optimization: Maintain a mastery of perioperative best practices to identify bottlenecks in surgical throughput and resource management.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional field teams and hospital leadership to align clinical objectives with organizational goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational datasets to guide the adoption of new medical technologies and supply chain efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
