We're seeking driven Full Desk Recruiters and Business Development Managers throughout Texas who thrive on developing client relationships, recruiting top talent, and growing revenue. Whether your background is in Healthcare, Technology, Engineering, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, or another niche, we provide the platform and support to help you scale.
This is a 100% remote, commission-based opportunity with industry-leading commission splits and unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do
β’ Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities
β’ Build and manage your own book of business
β’ Source, recruit, interview, and place top talent
β’ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement
β’ Negotiate rates, fees, and terms with clients and candidates
β’ Expand existing client accounts through relationship management and business development
β’ Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions
β’ Create long-term relationships with clients and candidates across your market

What We're Looking For
β’ 3 years of staffing agency experience
β’ Full desk recruiting and/or business development experience
β’ Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships
β’ Experience recruiting and placing candidates within a staffing agency environment
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β’ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
β’ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
β’ Desire to grow your income and long-term career potential
