Responsibilities:
Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
Develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide nutrition education to the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
