Duties
Departmental Oversight: Take responsibility for the credentialing department, ensuring all functions operate seamlessly and efficiently.
Verification Excellence: Lead the rigorous verification process for education, training, certifications, and clinical practice credentials.
Regulatory Guardian: Ensure total compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies by interpreting complex standards and implementing necessary updates.
Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between administration and staff on all matters regarding medical staff credentialing.
Process Innovation: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to credentialing workflows to enhance accuracy and speed.
Leadership & Mentorship: Act as an advisor to staff and administration, demonstrating broad business knowledge and serving as a professional role model.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma (Proof of education must be submitted with application).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of credentialing standards and regulatory/accrediting agency requirements.
