About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance LPN to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This role is ideal for an LPN who has strong clinical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality patient care. You will play a key part in reviewing clinical processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and helping maintain the highest standards of care across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine quality assurance audits of patient records, documentation, and clinical processes
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives
Support staff with training and education on documentation accuracy and best practices
Review incident reports and help track corrective action plans
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential QA records
Participate in internal and external compliance reviews
Qualifications
Current and active Arizona LPN license (or compact license eligible for AZ)
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; QA, compliance, or chart review experience preferred
Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
