Workday Administrator
Summary:
We're seeking an autonomous Workday Generalist Administrator to provide essential post-production support for our Core HCM and Financials implementations. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth operations through go-live and into an exciting lineup of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver post-production administration and support for Workday Core HCM (primary focus) and Financials modules, with emphasis on Accounts Payable.
- Act as a reliable generalist, troubleshooting and optimizing across multiple Workday modules to maintain system stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party partners, including Workday Professional Services, AMS (Applied Management Support), and Oohlu, to resolve integration challenges and ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide proactive day-to-day support, focusing on administration rather than deep configuration or leading workstreams.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Generalist Administrator, with primary depth in Core HCM (ADP background highly preferred) and required proficiency in Financials - Accounts Payable.
- Comfortable navigating and supporting multiple Workday modules in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive resolutions without direct supervision.
- Availability to ramp up immediately and commit through go-live (Dec 15, 2025) and 2026 implementations.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and third-party systems; experience with partners like Workday PS, AMS, and Oohlu is a plus.
