Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workday Consultant. The Workday Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day activities including configuring and maintaining Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The consultant will also support Workday Financial Management implementations and provide expertise and solutions to meet clients' needs. Effective communication with team members and clients is essential.
Qualifications
- Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Workday Financial Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment
