Sales Manager – Residential Homebuilder

A growing residential homebuilder in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand its new home sales efforts. This individual will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building a high-performing sales team as the company continues to grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader with a strong background in single-family home sales who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential home sales initiatives and drive achievement of sales goals and revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and community traffic
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Conduct sales presentations, community tours, open houses, and meetings with prospective buyers and investors
- Recruit, mentor, train, and develop a sales team as the organization expands
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying process
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and executive teams to support overall business objectives
- Stay current on local market conditions, housing trends, and competitive developments
Qualifications
- Real Estate License required
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential sales experience, preferably selling single-family homes
- Experience working for a homebuilder strongly preferred; residential real estate sales experience will also be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of sales management, marketing strategy, and business development
- Proven ability to analyze data, create reports, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule
- Must be available to work weekends as needed
- Days off during the week will be provided to accommodate weekend schedules
