Bilingual Construction Project Manager
Houston, TX | Full-Time
A growing residential homebuilder is seeking a Bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee single-family residential construction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage the construction of multiple single-family residential projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Work closely with City of Houston inspectors and permitting departments
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with applicable regulations
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Review plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal team members
- Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution throughout the construction process
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing single-family residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of City of Houston permits, inspections, codes, and regulations
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality control and job site safety standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience using construction/project management software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field preferred
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
