Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project deadlines. They will manage project budgets, handle communication with stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also includes resolving project challenges, conducting site inspections, and facilitating process improvements to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Strong skills in Project Management for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Experience as an Expeditor with expertise in Expediting processes to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Proficiency in Inspection and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to optimize project resources and coordinate supply chain activities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices
• Experience working in an on-site project environment; prior work experience in highly critical areas or active facilities is a plus
