Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior BI Engineer – Platform Administrator.

What You Will Be Doing
Providing proactive technical administration, planning, coordination, documentation, and management reporting for business intelligence platforms across the organization. You will coordinate BI platform projects and support activities, contribute to report design and development, and perform system monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administration activities for reporting and visualization capabilities.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, system performance, and excellent customer service.
- Conduct system tuning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of performance issues with urgency.
- Maintain and support production and non-production environments, including upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
- Coordinate and support application releases and configuration management.
- Provide escalated technical support for complex issues, including leading problem management cases and providing management updates.
- Manage security policies, monitor compliance, and administer user rights and licenses.
- Assist with capital procurement, system sizing, licensing, software installations, and upgrades.
- Research, recommend, and implement technology enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with database administrators, developers, management, and vendors.
- Follow best practices while analyzing data and identifying trends.
- Support ongoing maintenance and analysis applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand operations and develop analytics solutions for key business problems.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by meeting deadlines, communicating clearly, and delivering polished outputs.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI and OBIEE/OAC.
- PowerBI administration experience is preferred.
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in technical disciplines may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with platform upgrades and patches.
- Knowledge of system security policies and compliance standards.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to define analytics requirements.
Pay: $52.50 – $75.00/hr.
