About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our go-to-market efforts across healthcare and government sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience, direct mentorship from leadership, and exposure to real enterprise and public-sector sales cycles.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify prospects, generate leads, and support sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers including mental health clinics, hospitals, nonprofits, universities, and local government agencies
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales meetings
- Support sales presentations, demos, and proposals
- Track and manage leads in a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategy
- Gather prospect feedback to inform product and market direction
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Interest in health tech, SaaS, or government technology
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, healthcare, or technical background helpful)
