Duties

- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless experiences
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain policies, gather customer feedback, and promote additional services or products when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather customer insights, or promote new offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Support team efforts by analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services naturally during interactions
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed and demonstrate attention to detail through typing speed and accuracy
- Analysis skills for interpreting customer data to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
