Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and records of completed tasks for accountability.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold facility standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout scheduled shifts.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus.
